Not at all. All classes are suitable for beginners.
Our instructors offer clear cues, modifications and personal guidance so you can move safely and confidently from your first session.If you're new, our First Heat intro offer is the best way to get started.

Classes run 45–60 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. Movements are steady, controlled and intentional — and you’ll definitely feel your muscles working.
Infrared heat makes it easier to move safely, reduces stiffness and supports a natural sweat. Your instructor will check in with first timers, explain the essentials, and guide you throughout.
Take breaks whenever you need — this is your practice.

Wear breathable, moisture-wicking activewear that supports movement in the heat.
Shorts, leggings, sports bras, light tops — whatever helps you feel good.Socks are required for all classes for safety & hygiene (no bare feet).
Available for purchase at the studio. -
Water bottle (hydration is key)
Mat towel (recommended; rentable at the studio)
Hand towel

Drink water before, during (small sips) and after class.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if you’re new.
This gives us time to welcome you, explain the setup and help you get comfortable.
For safety reasons, once class begins, late entry is not possible. -
Yes — when practiced mindfully.
Infrared heat is gentle and supports the body. Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and rest if needed. If you have medical conditions, check with your doctor and let your instructor know before class. -
Please speak with your doctor first. Depending on your condition and stage of pregnancy, modifications may be possible.
Your instructor will guide you appropriately once cleared. -
Yes — mats are available at the studio.

Yes — we offer showers, fully equipped with:

Yes, we have one communal changing room and two separate changing rooms in combination with the showers.

In general, please cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing your credit. -
