First Time at House of Heat?
We’re excited to welcome you to your first Hot Pilates class.
To make your experience smooth and stress-free, please arrive 10–15 minutes early. This gives you enough time to check in, get familiar with the space, meet your instructor and settle into the heat before class begins.
Our classes run for 45–60 minutes, including a short warm-up and a gentle cool-down. The movements are controlled, steady and intentional — but don’t underestimate them. You’ll definitely feel your body working.
If you're new to Hot Pilates, our First Heat intro offer is the perfect way to get started. You can join any class, and our instructors will make sure you feel safe and supported throughout. At the beginning of each session, your teacher will identify first timers, explain what to expect in the heat and guide you through the essential movements.
If anything feels unclear or you need support, we’re here for you.
Just let us know — we’re always happy to help.
